Shinrai Authenticator is designed from the ground up as a zero-knowledge local utility. The application does NOT collect, transmit, or monetize your 2FA seeds, token codes, accounts, or personal identities.
2. Information We Access & Permissions
Only active while scanning two-factor QR codes. No photos or video streams are ever stored or uploaded.
Used locally by device OS to authenticate the user before revealing 2FA tokens.
3. Data Storage & Retention
Because 2FA codes and tokens are stored solely on your local device, data is retained until you uninstall the app or wipe application data. Shinrai Ops servers store zero token data.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
You can enable/disable crash diagnostics at any time in Settings. You can wipe all data instantly via the in-app 'Erase Vault' button.
