1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any software applications provided by Shinrai Apps (a product suite of Shinrai Ops / shinraiops.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our applications.
2. License & Permitted Use
Shinrai Apps grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our Applications for personal or authorized business purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms and the application store terms (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Applications except as permitted by applicable law; (b) use the Applications to harass, abuse, defraud, or violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of Shinrai Ops servers; (d) resell or redistribute our software without written authorization.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, design assets, and source code relating to Shinrai Apps and Shinrai Ops are the exclusive intellectual property of Shinrai Technologies Inc. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHINRAI APPS, SHINRAI OPS, OR THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATIONS.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
